Once again, the Second Penang Bridge has transformed into a stage for "Mat Rempit," showcasing "Superman" stunts at night!
The bridge has often been a "paradise" for daredevil motorbike enthusiasts in the past, and yesterday, a video of these "Superman" appearing on the Second Bridge surfaced on Facebook. The footage, believed to have been captured from a moving vehicle, showed over a dozen motorbikes speeding along the bridge.
They advanced in a formation, occasionally moving across both lanes of the road and weaving through the traffic without regard for the vehicles behind them (the filming vehicle). During the stunt, some motorbike knights flashed their signal lights. One of the riders extended both legs straight back, mimicking the "Superman" pose, and used this position to overtake, making the process thrilling.
As of the current date, there have been no updates from the Penang Police. However, the public is strongly advised not to imitate such dangerous behavior. Such actions not only endanger oneself but also put other innocent people at risk.
