A man in Johor Bahru was recently caught on camera for letting a 13-year-old boy behind the wheels, citing “it’s okay to start early”.
According to authorities, the reckless act is now being investigated under the Child Act 2001, and the former was also slapped with a summon on the grounds of child endangerment.
