A Malaysian girl took to X to share her experience at a government clinic she visited recently in hopes for a smooth sailing consultation as she was very much unwell and needed a Medical Certificate (MC) from work.
Initially excited about the subsidised fare of only RM1, she shared the receipt of her consultation to X.
However, things took a turn for the worse.
The girl shares that as she finishes her consultation with the doctor from how she is feeling, she requests for an MC. To which the doctor replied with "kalau nak mc kenapa tak datang awal kenapa now baru datang?".
Completely taken aback by the doctor's response, the girl answers that she was not bodily capable to come in sooner as she was so unwell and was only able to get out of bed now.
Instead of understanding the girl's situation, the doctor replied with 'alasan.' - claiming that she was just making 'excuses' to get an MC from work.
'I am sick, I feel a bit better now. My bosses told me to rest first and then head to a clinic.'

In the girl's rant via X, she also mentioned that, while she was attempting to explain why she had visited the government clinic, the doctor allegedly kept cutting her off.
When the doctor inquired about her employment and discovered that she works as a barista that does not adhere to typical office hours, she finally received her MC, after a tense back and forth.
"No matter what I do, you should just give me an MC if I need one because I can't work. This (doctor) wants to come and tell me that I'm making excuses?" She continued, "(The doctor) might as well go and be a farmer instead."
