#1 No alcohol, no smoking -- prematurely ages and dehydrates your skin
#2 More water -- hydrates the body and clears out toxins (tip: add pink Himalayan salt to help the body absorb the water better)
#3 More fruits -- try and eat the colors of the rainbow; blueberries, strawberries, bananas, pineapples, kiwis, grapes, papaya, etc.
#4 Makeup -- using makeup hides breakouts so you're not stressing, picking and you wash your face better when you wanna remove it
#5 Satin pillowcase -- this is so skincare isn't absorbed by the pillowcase (tip: change frequently for best results)
#6 Bonnet -- put your hair up so that it doesn't touch your face when your sleep (dirt/hair products)
#7 Wash face last -- while showering, may this be the final step so that shampoo and conditioner remnants are not left at the sides of the face
#8 Less snacking -- the lesser you snack, the better your skin flourishes
#9 Less processed sugar -- processed sugar can lead to breakouts, so keep it to a minimal or none at all
