Orange cake is a light and refreshing dessert, not to mention delicious too. This recipe doesn’t need you to bake it and make a mess in the kitchen xD. It’s so easy that as long as you follow the instructions, nothing could go wrong!
Ingredients:
Orange - 1
Egg - 3
White sugar - 2 tablespoons
Cake flour - 80g
Corn oil - 15g+
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer on high speed until fluffy, and add the flour.
2. Pour in corn oil, followed by 15g of orange juice.
3. Grease the bottom of a bowl, and put in one orange slice with peel.
4. Pour in the batter and top it with half the orange without peel.
5. Wrap the bowl with a plastic wrap, and make 2 small holes with a toothpick.
6. Steam over low heat for 25 minutes.
7. Take the cake off the bowl by turning it upside down onto a plate.
