Greek yogurt parfait is one of the best breakfast for weight loss.

(A) Berries parfaits

Ingredients:
1. Favorite berries (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry)
2. Plain Greek yogurt
3. Honey (a teaspoon)
4. Chia seeds
5. Mixed nuts
Steps:
1. Put some berries on the bottom of the jar/cup.
2. Add some yogurt.
3. Put some mixed nuts on top of the yogurt.
4. Add yogurt again on the top of the jar/cup.
5. Put the remaining berries and chia seeds as the toppings.

Ingredients:
1. Kiwi
2. Greek yogurt
3. Oats
Steps:
1. Put some yogurt first.
2. Mash the kiwi and put it in the middle section.
3. Cover with yogurt again and add on some oat with sliced kiwis.

2. Do not add too many extras like honey, cereals but only a modest amount.
