Wondering what to cook for your lunch and dinner? Let us recommend you a simple yet easy seafood aglio olio pasta! The cooking time is quite short so it is suitable for you to prepare it even before going out to work.
Ingredients for Pasta:
500g pasta
50ml cooking oil
300g de-shelled Prawns
300g sliced and cleaned squid
1 teaspoon of softened unsalted butter
200ml of dry white wine
40g fresh white button mushrooms
20g red chili - sliced thinly and deseeded
20g green chili - sliced thinly and deseeded
60g chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped Italian Parsley
Salt
White pepper powder
Ingredients for Garnish (adjust according to your flavor):
10g sea salt crystal
10g fresh ground black pepper
30ml extra virgin olive oil
Steps:
1. Prepare a pot of salted water and cook the pasta based on the directions on the package. During the boiling process, make sure the pasta is completely submerged in the water. Take the pasta out and set it aside.
2. Heat up a medium-sized pan. Add in oil to cook the sliced mushrooms and prawns.
3. Add in garlic and squid after increasing the heat.
4. Pour in the wine to deglaze the pan. After that, turn down the heat level.
5. Put the sliced chili into the pan. Then, drain the pasta into the pan.
6. Add in butter, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir it evenly.
7. Separate the pasta into several portions. (This recipe may serve up to 6 portions.) Before serving, season it with some rock salt, fresh ground pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
