When dining-in at restaurants, the two main things people want is delicious food and clean surroundings. No one likes eating food that tasteless and bland or at a place that full of flies and dirt.
Imagine the surprise an Instagram user felt when she saw rats running around a Teppanyaki restaurant at Pavillion KL as she was eating.
Recently, a Twitter user named @Azwinshafinaz shared a screenshot of an Instagram user named Sarah Shimmers that showed rats running around a Teppanyaki restaurant at Pavillion KL.
Through the IG story, Sarah had inform the employees there that there were rats, but no action was taken by the employee. Sarah was upset because the store employees had done nothing when she saw the rats.
The post caught the attention of netizens, and the most was shocked to see rats roaming in the kitchen. In fact, netizens also hope that the management and the Ministry of Health Malaysia will take action so that the shop clean up its premises.
Some netizens looked at the incident in a more positive and cheerful angle by pointing out that maybe it is like the movie Ratatouille and the rats are like Remy and his friends who are preparing the delicious meals for you!
I’d love to believe that!
But in all seriousness, having rats around kitchen areas are extremely dangerous and could cause sicknesses and diseases that lead to death.
So, the next time you see rats in a restaurant, just walk out and eat somewhere else!
