ICYMI: WATCH: Monkey Uses A Bathtub To Cool Off As The Temperature Rises
The month of Ramadan is widely associated with charitable deeds and kindness. A group of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) students have started a selfless project by volunteering to provide the homeless community with free dental care.
In a TikTok video uploaded by @tomato_012, students can be seen volunteering their time and expertise to help homeless people in Chow Kit with their dental health requirements.
In the movie, a variety of dental tools such as scalers, drills, mouthwash, syringes, and gauze are shown being used for treatments in public spaces.
"My friends and I participate in a project called Dentistry for the Needy, where volunteers, specialists, and dentists work together to give the homeless and Native Americans free dental care.
The 23-year-old student in the film explained, "The programme is funded through donations to purchase instruments and materials for treatments."

Experts can make dentures for patients in addition to doing procedures like scaling, fillings, examinations, and extractions.
In addition to providing care, the film shows volunteers giving away packaged meals to individuals in need.
Online users have commended them for their kind gesture of offering to help those in need and have prayed for blessings in return for their admirable deeds.
@Halliwell9090, a TikTok user, said: "It is fantastic. God willing, may Allah richly reward each and every one of you. Amin.
"Glory be to Allah for your great work in helping the homeless," remarked @Mekta74, another user.
