Popular influencer and entrepreneur Khairulaming has reached a remarkable milestone, announcing that his product sales surged to RM42 million in 2024 a staggering 110% increase from RM20 million in 2023.
Taking to social media on Tuesday night (Mar. 19), he shared the exciting news and expressed heartfelt gratitude to his loyal supporters for making this achievement possible.
Live Streaming: A Game Changer in E-Commerce
Khairulaming credited much of this growth to his decision to embrace live streaming as a key sales strategy.
"Two years ago, I saw how the e-commerce landscape was shifting towards live streaming, which allows for stronger engagement with customers. Today, 70% of our RM42 million sales come from live streams," he revealed.
By leveraging this interactive approach, he has been able to connect with customers more effectively, leading to increased demand and higher sales volume.
Scaling Up Production to Meet Demand
Reflecting on past challenges, Khairulaming noted that limited production capacity had previously restricted sales.
In the early days, we could only produce 1,000 to 3,000 jars of Sambal Nyet daily, which wasn't enough to keep up with demand. Products would sell out quickly, but our growth was constrained by how much we could produce, he explained.
To avoid similar issues with his latest product, Dendeng Nyet, he took a different approach from the beginning scaling up production to ensure customers could purchase without facing stock shortages.
Expanding Further with a New Factory
With demand continuing to rise, Khairulaming is preparing to expand his operations further. He announced plans to open a third factory in Kelantan this year, a move that will enhance production capacity and support his growing business.
As he wrapped up his announcement, he expressed optimism for the future and thanked his supporters for their unwavering trust and encouragement.
