This recipe for soy milk pudding is not only delicious, but also nutritious. Unlike tau fu fah that might be too sweet for some, the soy milk pudding contains less sugar. Also, it definitely is less fatty than any cake out there.
So, if you’re on diet but craving for some sweetness, this is the dessert for you! Let’s try and make one now~
Ingredients:
Soy milk (sugar-free) - 200g
Milk - 100g
Castor sugar - 30g (can be adjusted based on preference)
Gelatine (sheet) - 7g
Soy flour (for garnishing)
Directions:
1. Heat up the soy milk, then add in sugar and stir until it melts.
2. Soak gelatine in water to soften it.
3. Add the soft gelatine to the warm soy milk. After it melts, add in milk. Stir well.
4. Pour the liquid pudding into separate cups, and chill it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
5. When the pudding is set, sprinkle some soy flour on the top.
Voila! That’s your soy milk pudding!
