Overslept on a working day but can’t do anything without having breakfast? Here’s a quick and easy recipe for a healthy breakfast. You’ll never have to wake up early to make a full breakfast anymore!
【Ingredients】
- 2 thick slices of toast
- 2 eggs
- 2 thick slices of luncheon meats
- 1 slice of cheese
-Some milk and salt

【Directions】
1. Beat the eggs, then add in milk and salt. Beat again until blended and set aside.

2. Pan-fry both sides of luncheon meats until golden brown and remove them. Then, turn to low heat and pour in egg mixture. Using a chopstick, swipe through the egg and remove from heat after 15 seconds.

3. Bake the thick toasts at 150 degrees for 3 minutes. Then, put the cheese between the toasts and put it back to the oven for another 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
4. Gently slip the scrambled egg and luncheon meats in between the toasts.
