Have you ever had a rather negative experience at Starbucks? For this particular customer, his was quite the drama.
Taking to X to share the story, the customer called out a barista for his unpleasant demeanor, which occurred at the KLIA Starbucks outlet yesterday.
Hello @StarbucksMY . One of your staff is very rude to me today. His name is Raden. I would like to order my coffee and when I speak in English, he quickly demand me to speak in Bahasa in a rude way. Cakap melayu je lah. This happened at KLIA Starbucks lot SAT-M20. Take action.

The latter apparently expressed his annoyance after the order was placed in English, whereby he quickly snapped and replied “Cakap Melayu je lah”.
Taken aback by the attitude, the customer also called out the beverage chain itself to look into the matter. Starbucks apparently replied to the post, but received countless criticism from netizens.
