A viral TikTok post shared by user @akugabuthmm, featured Mentari Court residents standing in large lines at night to enter the residence through the guardhouse.
In the comments, it is said that whoever did not have access cards allegedly had to write down their information at the guard post in order to get in.
Numerous people were irritated by the slow process that took a long time because there was only one guardhouse managing the admittance.
Some netizens mentioned over the comments that it must have been so exhausting it was to wait, especially after a hard day at work, while others criticised the system for being ineffective in spite of assertions that it was designed to deter crime.
It seemed no matter the weather, even small children and elderly residents had to wait.
