This digital system replaces the traditional paper arrival cards, making entry into South Korea faster and more efficient. The e-Arrival Card is free of charge and must be completed within three days before arrival. It is a mandatory requirement for all international travelers except South Korean residents, K-ETA holders, and airline crew members.

How to Submit Your e-Arrival Card:

Access the official e-Arrival Card website Visit South Korea's designated portal for the submission.

Provide the required details Enter your passport information, flight or ship details, accommodation address in South Korea, contact details, and email address.

Submit your form Once submitted, the e-Arrival Card remains valid for 72 hours. If you do not enter South Korea within this period, you will need to submit a new form.

The system supports multiple languages, including Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Russian, ensuring accessibility for a diverse range of travelers.

For those who prefer using paper arrival cards, South Korea will continue to accept them until 31 December 2025, allowing time for travelers to adapt to the digital process. After this date, only online submissions will be permitted.

Additional Benefits of the e-Arrival Card:

One submission can include up to nine additional travelers, making it convenient for families and groups.

Travelers are not required to print or present a PDF copy of their form upon entry.

For children under 14 years old, a family member must submit the form on their behalf.

With this new digital initiative, entering South Korea will be smoother and more convenient, enhancing the overall travel experience for Malaysian visitors.
