During a press conference, representatives from DFC issued a formal apology for the recent racist remarks made by one of the brand's admins on Facebook.
According to the, the remarks did not align with the values upheld by DFC, and as a result, the admin has been relocated to another position.
They acknowledged that they had not given sufficient attention to their social media and marketing efforts, as their focus was primarily on operations.
To address this, they babe established a dedicated team for managing social media and marketing, and promised adopt a more professional approach moving forward.
Regarding the pricing, they claimed during the PC that their prices are actually 10-15% more affordable compared to their competitors.
Taking into account the current surge in food prices and operational costs, they explained that adjustments had to be made. Nonetheless, they assured that their pricing is to be improved.
