Infidelity can almost always lead to dire consequences. While some may think they can get away with it, the truth will always prevail, and in the case of one woman, it lead her poor husband straight to the hospital.
As reported by Harian Metro , a civil servant was arrested by the Islamic Religious Affairs Department of Penang (JHEAIPP) in the early morning of Saturday the 9th of March, while she was in a hotel located in Georgetown Penang.
Surprisingly, it was her very own husband who lodged a complaint after an argument broke out between her and her scandal, who coincidentally is her colleague.
Senior Assistant Director as Head of Operations Unit of the JHEAIPP Enforcement Division, Alamin Majok stated, the raid was carried out at 1.30am at a hotel in Tanjung Tokong here, where the pair were subsequently arrested.
"They were detained in accordance with Section 27 of the Penang State Syariah Criminal Offenses Enactment 1996, which is fornication," Majok said..
The review also found that the man and woman, both in their mid 30's were cohabiting without having any legal marriage bond.
Throughout this whole ordeal, the poor husband, who was also on the scene, was reported to have also suffered a minor stroke.
As the case is still on going, we sincerely hope the pain stricken husband makes a full recovery and that the pair of them can come to a resolution to this whole debacle.
