As recorded by a local on the night of May 4, a foreigner has been exposed of groping women’s behinds in plain sight.
His modus operandi involved searching for victims, before approaching them from behind to carry out the obscene act.
For the unsuspecting ones, he would pretend to record a video as a cover, while attempting to touch their hips or “nudge”.
His action was however foiled after the person recording had scared him off.
While netizens applaud the local’s bravery, some questioned why he didn’t attempt to apprehend or report the perpetrator to authorities right away.
