Blackheads, acne, and eye wrinkles are among the facial problems faced by the girls every day. 

Acne will grow on the face and on the back, especially when the hot weather in Malaysia cause our body's sebum secretion becomes vigorous. 

In fact, acne not only will cause our skin bleeding but also will affect the appearance of our back. So, how to eliminate back acne?

1. Change Bedding Set Frequently

The sebum and dirt from our body will more or less stay at the place where we sleep every day. 

If it is not cleaned and replaced frequently, your bed will become a breeding ground for bacteria. 

The dirt on our bed will become one of the causes of acne. Hence, it is best to change your bedding set every week.

2. Wear Clean And Loose Clothes

Our skin is covered with many sebaceous glands that are invisible to the naked eye. 

If you wear tight clothing, your back skin will have closer contact with the clothing and our skin will continue to rub against the clothes.

So, our body is more prone to sweat and it will cause acne after prolonged contact. 

It is best to wear loose clothes with breathable materials. 

3. Wash Your Hair Before Showering

The order of showering is also one of the causes of acne. If you wash your body first and then wash your hair, the moisturizing ingredients of the hair conditioner are likely to stick to your back if it is not properly rinsed off. 

Therefore, it is recommended to wash your hair first and then wrap your hair before showering. 

4. Maintain Proper Cleaning

Instead of washing your body with strong cleansing ingredients, it is better to choose a skin-friendly body wash with mild ingredients and PH5.5 balanced formula.

Besides, it is recommended to use some supporting tools such as towels or bath brushes to clean the back thoroughly and make sure that the bath products are rinsed off. 

This is because the residual moisturizing ingredients on the skin may block the pores and form acne.

When you just take a shower, you can apply body lotion or cream immediately to lock the moisture.

Doing a whole-body exfoliation once a week can also increase the deep moisturizing effect of skincare products.

5. Do Not Touch/ Squeeze The Acne With Your Hands

Hands are one of the dirtiest parts of the body because bacteria that are invisible to the naked eye will settle on our hands after we come into contact with many things every day. 

The problem will become worse if you touch or squeeze the back acne with your hands. 

6. Shower After Exercise

I believe many girls have a habit of doing yoga or other forms of exercise. 

After the exercise, you should wipe off the sweat on your body as soon as possible and take a shower immediately to prevent dirt from settling on your body. 

Otherwise, the skin will become an ideal place for the bacteria to breed and cause acne!
