Amelia Henderson, a well-known actress, was ordered by the court to pay A.Aida damages of RM213,000 after she breached the terms of production firm A.Aida Production Sdn. Bhd.'s contract.
Amelia, who believes the matter is still not closed, is reportedly submitting a judicial appeal.
Would you want to crowdfund Amelia's cause?
Following the incident, a fan of hers suggested starting a crowdfunding campaign for Amelia to assist her in paying back the compensation fees she must incur.
If anybody knows any crowndfund for Amelia, kindly share. Moral tinggi memang mahal harganya. https://t.co/QuzH2DqTHj

Aku mmg side Amelia on this matter. Dia dah explained character tu degrading woman and jln cerita tu misogynistic. Masa sign kontrak, skrip masih belum dpt. Then delayed many times. Skrip dpt last minute before nk start shooting. Dia bailed out sbb tak align with her principles.

G sedekah kat orang miskin. https://t.co/JVPwnut3xK
However, some social media users who disagree with this opinion have criticised the person's sincere intentions.
shes a celebrity, i thought theyre rich, can buy 2 house and have work life balance??? why should ANYONE crowdfund??? the heck. kerja la!! get a real job! hustle demi hasil! salah sendiri x take precaution b4 terminate/breach contract

I agree apa yang dia buat memang betul, jaga moral diri tapi kalau nak crowfund ni hm sorry la, dia berstatus artis kot so pandai pandai la dia mintak Janna ke tolong dia, baik kau derma kat aku je, aku nak bawak kucing aku pergi vaksin esok so vaksin bukannya murah

This is due to the fact that many of them believe that because artists have successful careers and reliable sources of money, they do not need assistance.
Baik derma org miskin dri org kaya. Bodoh punye pemikiran.

In fact, some believe that rather than sending money to those who make their living as artists, it is better to help others who are more in need.
