Batik Air’s constant delays have long been deemed problematic by disgruntled passengers, and its recent issue isn’t helping either.
A woman took to X to vent her frustration over the matter that her flight was not only rescheduled three times, but even delayed up to four hours.

The long wait had caused discomfort and fatigue among the passengers, with many also complaining that they were feeling cold.
Upon boarding, the airline only offered them a measly-sized in-flight meal and nothing else.
Batik Air has yet to reach out on the complaint.
