Frantic and excited. A man’s feeling when his wife is going to deliver their baby can hardly be described with words. Which is why it is quite common to see husbands going over speed limit while rushing their laboring wives to the hospital.
But what if their car is stopped by the police for speeding? Some would get tickets while others get help. As for the man in our story today, he’s fortunate enough to get the latter.
And this was what happened:
The lucky man’s wife was suddenly due to give birth and he had to rush her to the hospital. On their way to the hospital, their car was pulled over by the police and army because he was driving ‘a little fast’, he described in a Facebook post. After speaking to him, the cops and soldier immediately helped him clear the path, escorting his car to the hospital.
“So relieved when my wife made it [to the hospital] in time. Thanks a lot for your help,” he wrote in the post, which was then shared by PenangKini.
The original post has garnered almost 2,000 likes on Facebook at the time of writing, with netizens showering praises for the police.
