A woman, accompanied by her friends, recently took a trip via the metro to visit the Pasar Seni in Kuala Lumpur. Shortly after disembarking, they encountered a peculiar-looking middle-aged Chinese man who enthusiastically inquired about their itinerary, continuously explaining nearby attractions and transportation routes, which left her feeling frightened.
Posting on the social media platform Little Red Book, the woman recounted her experience of travelling to Kuala Lumpur's city centre with her friends. They encountered a strange middle-aged Chinese man when alighting at the Pasar Seni station near the Central Market.
According to the woman's description, the man has a peculiarly large nose, which she likened to that of a cartoon character, Yubaba from "Spirited Away."
She expressed that the man immediately began questioning their plans and then enthusiastically explained various nearby attractions and transportation routes.
Initially thinking the man was well-intentioned, she became uncomfortable when he insisted he had come from Petaling Street and continuously praised it, even attempting to persuade them to go there.
Therefore, they quickly informed him that they needed to return to the metro station to make purchases, using this as an excuse to escape from the man.
She noticed the man's expression turned sour at that moment, stating, "The uncle's expression visibly soured at that moment, clearly premeditated! There might even be accomplices; I seriously suspect it could involve human trafficking!"
The woman urges others to remain vigilant when approached by strangers, advising against casually disclosing one's whereabouts and personal information.
