A man recently did something out of the ordinary when he delivered Raya cookies by taking a flight. His unique delivery method caught the attention of social media users after he shared his experience on X (formerly Twitter).

What made the story even more interesting was that the plane ticket he used for the delivery was sponsored by one of his customers. The customer, who had purchased Raya cookies from him, was willing to cover the cost of his flight to ensure the treats arrived on time.

A Rare Raya Delivery by Air

In his post, the man revealed that his ticket was a round-trip flight between Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

"First time delivering Raya cookies by flight on a same-day trip from KL to JB. The customer was willing to pay for the flight ticket, so I was okay with it," he wrote.

His post quickly gained traction, with many netizens intrigued by the unusual delivery method. Some were curious about the cost, while others were amused by the lengths he went to for his business.

Affordable Flight Tickets Made It Possible

One of the key reasons the customer was willing to sponsor the flight was due to the affordability of the ticket. According to the man, the flight cost at the time was under RM100, making it a reasonable option compared to other delivery methods.

He also pointed out an amusing detail the journey from his home to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) took longer than the actual flight itself.

"The flight was only 45 minutes, and the ticket was cheap at the time, below RM100 if I'm not mistaken. The trip from home to KLIA took 1 hour, while the flight to Johor Bahru was just 45 minutes hahaha," he wrote in the comments section.

His story highlights not only the dedication of small business owners but also the creative ways they adapt to ensure customer satisfaction. The viral post entertained many online users, with some even joking about how air travel might become the next trend for premium Raya cookie deliveries.
