Craving for Muah Chee? Did you know that you can make Muah Chee at home using a rice cooker?A Singaporean shared his recipe for those who are craving for some Muah Chee on Facebook.

Ingredients:

- Glutinous rice flour (try Erawan brand)

- Peanut powder

- Water

- Sesame oil

- Sugar (optional)

Steps:

1. Pour 2 cups of glutinous rice flour into a bowl.

2. Add 2 cups of water and stir well.

3. Oil a piece of kitchen towel and coat the whole rice cooker pot with a thin layer of oil.

4. Pour the mixture into the pot, start the cook mode, and check it after 3 minutes.

5. Stir the mixture and let it cook for another 3 minutes.

6. Repeat this cycle until it turns into a dough.

7. Cut into the middle to check if it’s fully cooked.

8. Add a teaspoon of sesame oil and toss it with the Muah Chee.

9. Pour out some peanut powder, add a teaspoon of sugar (optional) and mix well.

10. Cut out the portion you want.

11. Cut it into your preferred size and toss them in the peanut powder.
