Having a runny nose is literal hell.
From the heavy, itchy head, the watery, red, half-opened eyes, to the never-ending liquid spilling out of your nostrils, let's just say we'd all be better off if we weren't dealing with it.

1. Facial Steam
Hot steam has the ability to thin mucus and help drain it from your nose. So, stick your head above a bucket/pot of super hot water, and breathe in the steam from it.
2. Hot Tea
Again, something hot because of steam, hot tea is a good way to go as means to get rid of your sinuses. It will loosen your mucus and make you feel less stuffy.
3. Humidifier
Leaning more toward your surroundings, a humidifier with water, or essential oils, will keep moisture in the room you're in. This is a good thing, as it will decrease congestion.
4. Medication
As easy as ABC, sometimes the best way to deal with an allergy, is to get medication for said allergy. Whether with prescription or over the counter, medication is guaranteed to help.
5. Nasal Spray
Number 5 on the list is a nasal spray. Saline solution sprayed straight up your nostrils will clear your air pathways, of anything which is causing your sinuses. It will help you breathe better.
6. Rest
I mean, not rocket science right? You don't feel well, go ahead and get that much needed rest. Maybe your allergies is a way of your body telling you to just take a break.
7. Water
Almost every time 99% of your health problems can be solved, simply by drinking enough water. Water plays the utmost important role in our lives, so go ahead and drink up!
8. Hot Shower
Circling back to steam, a hot shower or soaking in a hot bath, can clear congestion and help you feel fresher and more rejuvenated.
9. Neti Pot
A neti pot is basically using a specific device to pour saline solution in one hole, and have it come out the other. A means to clear your nostrils, it could slightly sting, but is highly effective.
10. Spicy Food
Last but not least, get that curry! Capsaicin, a compound found in chili, can help ease sinus pains, reduce inflammation and release blocked mucus. It will get your nose flowing, ridding it of all the allergens in no time.
