Malaysian Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob held a press conference today, his second time this week after announcing the termination of MCO 2.0 on 2nd of March which will now be replaced with CMCO (KL, Selangor, Penang, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Perak, Kelantan, Sarawak) and RMCO (Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu, Sabah, Putrajaya, Labuan, Perlis).

In his conference, he urged all Malaysians to register for the vaccines via the MySejahtera app, the government's official website for covid-19 vaccines updates, or head to the nearest government hospitals and clinics starting 5th March.
Without further ado, here's the gist of the announcement:
• Those planning to travel to Sabah are required to take the swab test 3 days prior.
• Those planning to travel to Sarawak or Labuan must oblige to the same requirement as well (with permission from PDRM) + 14-day quarantine.
• Only those tested negative will be allowed entry to Sabah and Labuan (no quarantine required).
• No swab tests for those travelling from the areas mentioned to Peninsular.
• Operating businesses (especially night clubs) to be fined RM 50,000 if found guilty of defying SOPs.
• WFH SOPs remain as usual.
