Minister of Defence, Ismail Sabri just announced that MCO 2.0 will be extended, yet again. States affected (Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and P. Pinang) will remain in MCO until 4th March instead of February 18th as previously expected. The other states will undergo CMCO and RMCO for Perlis.
Although the number of cases has seen quite a significant improvement, an extended MCO is still needed to fully curb the pandemic, he said as the infected number of individuals still remains at the 2-3 K mark.

Here are a few things to remember regarding this new MCO extension:
• Travelling more than 10 KM radius now allowed
• No inter-state travels
• For states under CMCO & RMCO, dine-ins are allowed as long as social distancing is maintained
• For states under MCO, only 2 persons per table for dine-ins
