#HomeGoals.
Jason, the founder and principal at Qin Education Centre in Penang shared his incredible home transformation on Facebook and received over 10K shares overnight. What‘s more surprising is that he did it all by himself!
Check out this hidden bathroom!
According to his post, Jason bought his home recently, and instead of hiring an interior designer, he decided to go full DIY and designed everything from scratch; from the furniture browsing to drawing initial interior sketches.
Jason spent about 65K for the renovation, which only took him 45 days! Most of the furniture you see in the pictures are purchased from Taobao, which is basically China's version of Lazada or Shopee.
Mainly inspired by the concept of Muji-style interior, or Japanese minimalism, Jason's newly renovated home reflects comfort and practicality— and overall very relaxing to the eyes.
With the help of Pinterest and serious online shopping skills, Jason managed to turn his humble abode into something you'd see on those dreamy home improvement ads. We're jealous!
