You baru kerja sehari kan? unreasonable untuk saman rm4800 (assuming tu gaji dia offer) sebab they did not lose anything pun because they have not paid you. you did breach the term of the contract but to the extent sampai rm4800 is unreasonable and impossible for them to claim.
