In a bizarre and shocking story that has been making headlines around the world, this man has revealed that he was in a six-year-long online relationship with his own aunt.

The man, who had just broken up with his girlfriend, was introduced to a woman named "Lin Mi" by his aunt in 2016. The two hit it off and began a stable online relationship. 

Over the course of six years, the man gave Lin Mi a total of 1.42 million yuan (approximately RM 914,497.04) before finally realizing that his online love interest was actually his own aunt.

According to reports, the man was heartbroken after his breakup and found it difficult to move on. His aunt, who had divorced his uncle in 2015, introduced him to Lin Mi as a potential partner. 

The two began chatting online, and their relationship blossomed into a stable online romance.

Despite his many attempts to meet Lin Mi in person, she always found an excuse to avoid their face-to-face meeting.

 As their relationship progressed, Lin Mi often asked the man for money to solve various problems she encountered, and he willingly gave her what she asked for.

Eventually, the man realized that he had been scammed and demanded his money back, but Lin Mi refused and cut off all contact with him. 

The man finally reported the incident to the police and, after an investigation, it was revealed that Lin Mi was actually his aunt. 

She used a voice-changing device to disguise her voice during their conversations.

The man's story has sparked a discussion among netizens, with many expressing disbelief that he could have given so much money to someone he had never even met in person.
