If you are not planning to buy a traditional Christmas tree but would still like to create the atmosphere at home during this festive season, why not go for minimalist Christmas tree as an alternative solution. Traditional Christmas trees may take up a lot of space and budget. In case you find yourself with limited space in your home or you simply looking for a cheaper alternative, here are some minimalist Christmas tree ideas that may serve as an inspiration:
#Hanging branch tree
You may go to the material shop to buy branches, prepare rope or wired Christmas light bulbs, Christmas decorations etc. Once you get all the materials you need, assemble them into a hanging Christmas tree.
#Wooden tree
This is one of my favourite minimalist Christmas tree. You need some wooden dowel, electric drill and sandpaper to create a wooden Christmas tree. Once it's done, you can put on the Christmas ornaments to create the atmosphere.
#Photograph tree
End of the year is approaching, what are your memorable memories of the past year? You may wish to print out some meaningful photos, stack them into a tree shape, and add some Christmas decorations around it to create your own Christmas tree.
#Blackboard chalk tree
This is the easiest way to create a minimal tree. Those who have a small blackboard at home may also consider drawing a Christmas tree with chalk directly on it and then pasting cute little decorations. Although very simple, but the effect is very good.
#Wall tree
If you have some leftover gift wrapping paper at home, you can cut it out and stick it on the wall to become a Christmas tree. Everyone can use their creativity to create a unique wrapping paper Christmas tree.
