To stop the negative comments and just to make yourself feel better about yourself, here are some super-duper easy and simple exercises to get rid of your double chin:
1. The Kiss
Here’s a step-by-step tutorial:
1. Stand up, tilt your head backwards and look at the ceiling.
2. Now, pucker your lips and give the ceiling a flying kiss.
3. Hold the kiss for 5 seconds, to show the ceiling how much you love it.
4. Then, relax your lips and return your head back to its normal position.
5. Repeat this 15 times.
2. The Miley Cyrus
Here’s a step-by-step tutorial:
1. Face forward and open your mouth wide.
2. Stick your tongue out as far as it can go like Miley Cyrus does while counting to five.
3. Then, return your tongue back into your mouth while also counting to five.
4. Repeat this 10 times.
3. The Jaw Jut
Here’s a step-by-step tutorial:
1. Tilt your head backwards and look at the ceiling.
2. Push your lower jaw forward until you feel the underneath of your chin stretch.
3. Hold it in position while counting to ten.
4. Then, relax your jaw and return your head back to its normal position.
5. Repeat this 10 times.
4. The Neck Roll
Here’s a step-by-step tutorial:
1. Stand up and drop your chin downward to your chest.
2. Now, slowly rotate your head to the right and hold for 5 seconds. Then, rotate your head back to the first position.
3. Now, repeat step 2 but this time rotate your head to the left.
4. Repeat this for 30 seconds.
5. The Tongue on Teeth
Here’s a step-by-step tutorial:
1. While keeping your back straight, open your mouth as wide as possible.
2. Place the tip of your tongue against the backside of your bottom row of teeth.
3. Inhale through your mouth then exhale while making an aaaah sound. Continue this step for one miute.
4. Then, relax mouth and tongue.
