Local authorities are currently in pursuit of a man believed to be connected to an assault incident that took place at the roadside near the Jalan Langat-Klang traffic light intersection. The incident occurred yesterday, prompting an investigation by the South Klang District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Cha Hoong Fong, under Section 323 and Section 427 of the Penal Code, relating to intentional injury and mischief.
The case came to the attention of the police when a 21-year-old resident reported the incident at 12:44 AM today. The complainant alleged that he had been accosted by three men in a car, with one of them assaulting him and damaging his motorcycle.
The investigation revealed that on the day of the incident, around 7:15 PM, the victim was riding his motorcycle when he honked at a car due to reckless driving, which nearly led to a collision. Subsequently, the car's driver obstructed the victim's path at the traffic light intersection. One of the men from the car pushed the victim, causing him to fall off his motorcycle. This individual then proceeded to strangle, punch, and kick the victim's face, stomach, and legs repeatedly.
