KLIA Shooter Says “I Still Love My Wife” As He Reaches Court

Earlier today, KLIA gumman who was involved in an open shooting at the airport was brought in to Kota Baru Magistrate’s court, and on his way in, he repeatedly professed his love for his wife.

The 38yo said the words as he entered the court for a remand extension application. "Assalamualaikum, I still love my wife, Farah Md Isa... thank you”.

Hafizul has been on remand since Apr 16, and his case have been tried under Section 8 of the Firearms (Increased Penalties) Act 1971.

Previous reports stated that the accused wife was his intended victim at the scene of the crime. 

Yesterday (Apr 21) Selangor chief police announced seeking a seven-day extension of the remand order. It was also revealed that the suspect underwent a medical check up in Kelantan one week prior, to prep for work in Saudi Arabia.
