A man recently spent more than 20 hours hunched down in front of his ex-girlfriend's workplace in Sichuan, China, with a bouquet of flowers at the ready.
In the hopes that she might make amends with him, he even braved the rain and didn't move an inch.
The man reportedly began kneeling in front of his former girlfriend's workplace on March 28th at around 1PM, according to the Chinese news website Jiupai News.
The man supposedly wanted to patch up their recent breakup, which explained his extreme measures.
There were numerous attempts by passersby to get him to leave, according to Jiupai News, but they were all unsuccessful. They then attempted to persuade him by calling the police, but he insisted on kneeling despite their continued effort.
In fact, the man knelt all through the night, only leaving between 9AM and 10AM the following morning. The video of the whole ordeal can be viewed HERE.
Following the widely shared post, numerous Chinese internet users commented on how excessive his actions were. Most people disagreed what his fanatical measures and advised him to leave his poor ex-girlfriend alone.
