The Senior Defence Minsiter, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, warned the general public that there will be no more advice nor soft approach to those who defy the Movement Control Order (MCO), as Malaysia is moving into 2nd phase of MCO.
The Minister said that there are still people who go out without valid reasons, and the authorities are ready to take necessary actions.
Despite the good news we are hearing from our Health Ministry and on news media, it does not means that this thing has passed and that the government should be satisfied. If ther government do so, then all the effort will certainly go into waste.
Up to date, there are 4,189 individuals who have been detained for violating the MCO and obstructing authorities from carrying out their duties. 1,449 of those has been charge in court.
This shows that the government is taking stern moves in fighting the pandemic, as the longer the MCO is implemented, the greater the effect it has on the economy and our lives.
Note to everyone, please do follow the orders. This is not just about you, but many other lives.
