Joints are crucial to our body, but since they move a lot, they also take the most damage throughout the years. Wear and tear of cartilage around our joints will lead to pain, inflammation and even paralysis. Eventually, it'll lead to chronic degenerative arthritis.

If you think there is no need to take care of our joints while we're young, then you'll only grow old to regret. Although we can choose to eat whatever we want at this age, remember to keep these foods in our diets to care for our joints and cartilage:

Beans

To preserve joint functions, it's best to prevent any inflammation as that will destroy our collagen and cartilage. Beans have good anti-inflammatory effects. It is rich in protein which makes up most of our collagen. Besides that, beans contain legumes which contain amino acids that help with cartilage restoration.
