1. Drink Water


After getting up in the morning, gulp down a glass or two of room temperature water to rehydrate your body and provide a fresh start for your digestive system. But at any rate, you're feeling fancy, slice a thin slice of lemon ( put a spoonful of honey if you aren't into sour taste ) and insert it into warm water as you will be able to obtain vitamin C and scour toxins from your body.

2. Plan Your Breakfast Ahead


Some ingredients included in your breakfast can be prepared a night before to be time-efficient in case you're behindhand on an occasion ( like cut up tomatoes or your own homemade dressing ). The most essential part of the meal is involving lean protein and fiber, a low-fat plain yogurt without sugar covered in fresh fruits would be one out of the many others as a healthy meal. By the same token, to prevent the boredom of your taste buds, replace your morning meal with a new variety of food occasionally.

3. Have Something Warm During Your Meal


Bear in mind to keep your meal a balance of hot and cold, as warm food or liquids enhance your digestive system. It's also recommended to prepare your own drinks so the amount of sugar and other high-calorie additives can be controlled or another option would be to order a low-calorie drink. On top of that, consuming only a beverage as a meal will only be insufficient for your diet.

4. Timing

Eat your breakfast within an hour from the awakening of your slumber as it helps keep your blood sugar levels stable throughout the day. During your meal, relax and chew carefully as it ameliorates your digestion along the way.
