Glitz, glam, drama...AND million dollar properties. These are the embodiment of Netflix's sizzling reality show, Selling Sunset! As the show has been confirmed for Seasons 4 and 5, cameras have begun rolling to serve us more juicy drama...and we can't wait to see em' all.
However amidst the show's catty spectacle, one cast is caught up under the backlash spotlight for her actions. Can you guess who?
If you guessed it right, then kudos to you. The cast is none other than Christine Quinn, the show's literal diva and fashion showstopper. She and her husband recently welcomed their first bundle of joy, Baby C aka Christian Jr., via emergency c-section.
While that's happy news, you might be wondering what the backlash's for. Apparently, the public were quick to mom-shame her for hosting E! Daily Pop so soon after giving birth (c-sect too!), being critical of her well-being and baby care situation.
She took to Instagram to announce the hosting gig and the comments section was flooded with love and even mockery for her decision to skip maternity leave.
Ms Quinn however, is the queen of cool, as she shrugged off the backlash. She quoted " "Women are so strong, and they can do it. For me, I'm happy to be working. I'm thrilled to have a job, and I'm thrilled to have a baby and be able to do it all."
There you go, mom-shamers. There's nothing wrong for a new mommy to do what she loves best, because it's her life!
