Ingredients:
Cream cheese - 160g
Powdered sugar - 50g
Egg - 2
Flour - 10g
Yogurt - 120g
Oreo cookies - 9 pieces
Directions:
1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature, whisk it with an egg whisk until thin, then add powdered sugar and whisk again until smooth.
2. Add the eggs one by one and remember to stir evenly each time you add them.
3. Sift the flour into the mixture and stir well.
4. Place 1 piece of Oreo cookie into a paper cup, then pour the cheese batter.
5. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes, place the paper cup inside it for at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
6. When the cheesecake is cool, chill it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. You may top it with fruits.
*Remember to whisk the cream cheese ONLY after it’s softened.
*You can just blend granulated sugar until it becomes powdered.
