In a tragic incident, a Bangladeshi man met his demise after a confrontation with his roommate turned violent at Flat Haji Manan in Kluang on Tuesday.
Assistant Commissioner Bahrin Mohd Noh, the Kluang District Police Chief, revealed that the incident came to light when the victim's housemate discovered the distressing situation around 8 AM. Subsequently, the employer was notified, prompting the police to be contacted by 10 AM.
The suspect, identified as a 27-year-old Bangladeshi man and the victim's roommate, attempted to flee the scene following the altercation. However, law enforcement successfully apprehended him on Nyior Street near Taman Gunung Selatan Empat at approximately 4:45 PM on the same day.

Furthermore, four Bangladeshi friends of the victim, residing in the same house but in separate rooms and aged between 25 and 30, were detained to facilitate the ongoing investigation.
