The Ministry of Housing and Local Government has launched a PBTPay website to enable ratepayers to carry out revision and transaction of assessment tax online without worrying about operating hours.
The public can directly check and pay their assessment tax through the PBTPay website now. PBTPay facilities will be expanded to more services such as the payment of compounds and licenses.
At the initial stage, PBTPay only involves 46 local authorities such as Sepang Municipal Council, Alor Setar City Council, and Kangar Municipal Council. It is expected that all local authorities to be listed on the PBTPay portal in stages by the end of this year.
