To all who loves horror films, this is definitely gonna be your favourite “snack plate"!
Netflix has produced yet another amazing series, GOEDAM, an horror anthology from South Korea. There's only 8 episodes in the entire series, and the runtime of each episode is only around 5 to 10 minutes. But don't you dare look down on this 5 minutes, they might be small, but they are certainly mouth full!
GOEDAM, means "urban ghost story" in Korea. Each episode of this bite-sized horror series features 8 different urban ghost stories from South Korea. All episodes are so entertaining and intense, which I couldn't help but to finished all of them in one shot. It's only few minutes one episode anyway.
Fair warning : There will be a lot of blood and body horror and gore scenes in this series. So, walkaway if you are not up for the challenge.
The series was directed by Hong Won-ki, and features plenty of famous Korean artists, such as SEOLA, Song Chae-yun, Lee Hyun-joo, Han Ga-rim and Shim So-young.

Who wouldn't like some school ghost story? And to make it even better, a female student ghost. Woohoo!
#Ep 2 : Destination
A classic taxi driver at night ghost story.
#Ep 3 : Special Guest
A more indifferent and forgettable episodes, with story of Ghost x Digital world.
#Ep 4 : Curiosity
If you feel, school ghost story is nice? Great! Let's double it. But this time, curiosity killed the cat, they said. So, you sure you want to stay curious? This episode also features the K-Pop star, Seola.
#Ep 5 : Red Shoes
If you want to amp up a school ghost story, what would you do? Teacher, is the answer. You might wanna watch Ep 1 first before this one.
#Ep 6 : Dimension
My favourite of all! Why? Because is Elevator x Dimension x Ghost. Trouble-trio. This episode is exceptionally rich, not only on the visual, with the body horror, blood, gore, but also the story itself, impressive! You might wanna consider the stairs after this episode, it's a healthier option anyway.
#Ep 7 : Threshold
Something to do with the Talisman, and hair, and death. Simpler but... ...watch yourself.
#Ep 8 : Birth
This episode explores more on the ritualistic magic theme, and baby. The worth highlighting point of this episode is the acting skill of the main character, damn! Salute!

Although some may argue that, it lacks of introduction, especially for those from Western countries, but for Malaysians viewers, I think it is quite fine for us.
Anyway how, you can watch Goedam Season 1 on Netflix now! It will probably take less than an hour to finish everything.
