A 4-year-old energetic Chinese boy is suspected to have suffered abuse at the hands of his recently remarried babysitter, resulting in extensive injuries to his face and body. In a bizarre twist, when confronted by the boy's mother, the babysitter absurdly blamed these injuries on a supernatural entity named "Er Ye Bo" (Black Impermanence) who purportedly whipped and disciplined the child through a possessed medium.
The young victim had been under the care of the Chinese babysitter for an extended period. However, when the mother requested to have her child back earlier, the babysitter consistently offered a range of excuses. It was only when the mother claimed her mother-in-law was gravely ill that she managed to retrieve her son and discovered the horrifying extent of his injuries, prompting her to immediately report the abuse to the authorities.
When questioned about the injuries, the babysitter shockingly claimed that the bruises on the child's face resulted from a fall, while the other injuries on his body were inflicted by "Er Ye Bo" through the medium. Intriguingly, the babysitter's husband is a spiritual medium himself.
The child's mother revealed that according to the police, the babysitter's husband denied any involvement in the abuse and instead pointed the finger at his wife as the perpetrator.
This alarming case was exposed by the 28-year-old businesswoman, on September 19th. She also uploaded videos of her injured son as evidence on social media, making the incident public.
During an interview with reporters from China Press , she shared that she had met the babysitter, who is in her forties, through a social media group in Taiping. Starting from June 20th, she entrusted her child to the babysitter for extended periods while she worked, only bringing him home on her days off.
She mentioned that on July 13th to 15th, during the babysitter's remarriage ceremony, she temporarily took her child back home. On the 15th, she returned him to the babysitter's care. In August, she requested to have her son back, but the babysitter evaded the request by claiming she had taken the child to Penang for a vacation. At the time, she didn't think much of it.
She said, "Later, I got busy with my work selling french fries for the Hungry Ghost Festival and kept my child at the babysitter's place. During this time, I felt that the babysitter was reluctant to let my child come home. It wasn't until September 19th, when I claimed my mother was critically ill and insisted on picking up my child, that the babysitter agreed. She then claimed that my child had fallen the day before."
"When I picked up my son at 2 pm that day, the injuries on his face truly devastated me. Upon closer examination at home, I discovered that he was covered in injuries, with both old and fresh wounds all over his back and buttocks, some still bleeding. I believe these were inflicted by a cane or a whip."
She immediately confronted the babysitter about the injuries. In response, the babysitter alleged that the facial injuries were the result of a fall, while the other injuries on his body were caused by "Er Ye Bo" through the medium. Realizing the gravity of the situation, she reported the incident to the police on the same afternoon, and authorities have initiated an investigation.
