Is there anything she CAN'T do?
Michelle Yeoh, who was most recently crowned Time's Icon Of The Year, is up for a Golden Globe for her work in the existential action film Everything Everywhere All At Once, which was co-directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert.
The 60-year-old actress (she doesn't look a day over 40!) is up for Best Actress (Comedy or Musical) at the 80th Golden Globe Awards, which will be held on January 11.
For the title, she'll be competing against Lesley Manville (Mrs Harris Goes To Paris), Margot Robbie (Babylon), Anya Taylor-Joy (The Menu), and Emma Thompson (Good Luck To You, Leo Grand), which are all very powerful actresses!
More importantly though, the nomination is regarded as a triumph since it recognises the contribution of Asian female talents to Hollywood. We all know representation is important in today's age, and it's always a prideful moment to see Malaysia being represented globally.
