A grisly discovery was made at the site of a three-vehicle accident in front of Hospital Bahagia, Ulu Kinta, on Sunday, June 23. A severed hand was found at the scene, adding a macabre twist to the already chaotic situation.
A spokesman from the Fire and Rescue Department reported that they received an emergency call at approximately 11:16 AM regarding a car that had caught fire following a multi-vehicle collision.
Upon arrival, firemen were met with a disturbing sight: one of the cars involved was almost entirely consumed by flames, with 95% of the vehicle engulfed. Despite the extensive fire damage, there were no victims present at the scene when the rescue team arrived.
"One of our teams discovered a severed hand at the accident site," the spokesman said. "However, none of the victims were found at the location."
The firemen successfully extinguished the blaze, ensuring that the area was safe before handing over the scene to the police for further investigation.
