In a devastating incident, a 23-year-old factory worker named Fatin Nadiatul Ain Izahar tragically lost her life after a fatal car collision. The accident took place on Jalan Guar Nenas in Kelantan, at approximately 8:05 AM on 25th October.
The young victim, originally from Kampung Kuala Dulang Kechil, Yan, suffered severe internal injuries, including head trauma, as a result of the collision. The collision occurred when her car was struck by another vehicle driven by a 33-year-old woman.
Assistant Commissioner Zaidy Che Hassan, the Kuala Muda District Police Chief, shed light on the accident, explaining that the victim's vehicle was hit by the oncoming car that was coming from the opposite direction.

Following the collision, her lifeless body was discovered at the scene, while the 33-year-old driver sustained injuries to her right hip. The initial investigation revealed that the victim's car had been traveling in one direction, colliding with a vehicle from the opposite direction, which had been coming from Gurun.
The deceased was later transferred to the Forensic Unit of Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital (HSAH) in Sungai Petani for Covid-19 screening and a detailed autopsy.
During the response to the emergency, the Guar Chempedak Fire and Rescue Department (BBP) played a vital role. Upon receiving the emergency call, a team of BBP Guar Chempedak members, along with eight personnel, swiftly arrived at the scene. The victim was found trapped in her vehicle as a result of being crushed, and the fire and rescue personnel utilized specialized equipment to extricate her from the wreckage.
This tragic accident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for vigilance while driving to prevent such heart-wrenching incidents.
