The incident, which occurred on July 17th at approximately 3:50 PM, showed two unidentified men making off with the valuable equipment.

According to the District Police Chief of Seremban, Assistant Commissioner Arifai Tarawe, the police are actively pursuing the two suspects involved in the theft. The incident came to light when a 30-year-old man reported the stolen ladder at 2:50 PM the previous day, revealing that the incident occurred on July 17th.

The CCTV footage revealed that the suspects arrived at the scene on a motorcycle. One of them proceeded to climb over the house's fence, while the other remained outside, acting as a lookout. They swiftly stole the mobile ladder and made their escape. The estimated loss from the theft is approximately RM200.

The authorities are treating the case as a theft under Section 379 of the Penal Code and are conducting a thorough investigation. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of CCTV cameras in aiding law enforcement in solving crimes and identifying perpetrators.
