A horrific sighting involving an abused stray dog in Kinta (Perak) has led to an uproar on social media.
The video, which was shared by a concerned witness on her TikTok account, showed the helpless dog with its mouth tied resembling a muzzle. Even worse, a large water bottle was hanging on its neck, seemingly in an attempt to restrict its movements.
She further explained that several personnel were contacted in hopes of rescuing the dog, but her appeal was met with frustrating responses:

Angered viewers demanded to know the reason behind such cruel act, and someone -perhaps a resident-, commented that the perpetrator must have done that due to the dog’s hostility towards riders.
That, however, did not give the individual the right to do so.
But just hours after her video had gone viral, the said “feeder” apparently removed the muzzle in fear of public scrutiny.
